We offer many different services in our industry. Here are some of them and basic descriptions about them.
Screen printing is a printing technique that uses a woven mesh to support an ink-blocking stencil. The attached stencil forms open areas of mesh that transfer ink or other printable materials which can be pressed through the mesh as a sharp-edged image onto a substrate. A squeegee is moved across the screen stencil, forcing or pumping ink past the threads of the woven mesh in the open areas.
There are many different ways that garments and items can be screen printed. Printing on just about anything, we have many different types of inks and equipment used for these processes. This includes over sized and all over prints up to 33? x 33? on garments. Our screening inks include plastisol, phalate free, discharge, water based, dips, dyes, foil, glitters, metallics, and poly. Our print production department has over 15 years of experience.
Machine embroidery is a process where an embroidery machine is used to create patterns on textiles. It is used commercially in product branding, corporate advertising, and uniform adornment. A digitizer uses software to create an object-based embroidery design, which can be easily reshaped and edited. These files retain important information such as object outlines, thread colors, and original artwork used to punch the designs.
